In the twilight between dream and awake states, I am beginning to hear the sounds of the various astral levels and the entities that are present around me. I am becoming more attuned to perceiving their dimensional vibrations and their intentions and my discernment is being fine tuned.
I am also becoming more adept at remaining consciously in this state of awareness and perception at will and for extended periods.
