Early this morning, prior to going to bed after being up all night in my recording studio, I was in my kitchen and experienced a brief moment where my heart stopped for a few beats.
I felt my body start to tilt sideways and my conscious awareness began to move outside my physical body.
I began to split into two simultaneous states of awareness and felt myself begin to collapse. It felt like somebody had switched off the power supply to my body while I was still standing up and I was about to collapse like a rag doll. My vision and my hearing both began to shut down as I realised quite suddenly the potential magnitude of what was occuring.
During the brief moment of this occurrence, I experienced a profound shift of my perception of time and space and my entire awareness moved fully into my energy body.
The most remarkable thing about this experience was the all encompassing sense of peace and calmness I felt. I had absolutely no fear of death whatsoever and felt myself sliding into a very deep state of completeness that wrapped itself around me like a giant, cosmic embrace. It was truly beautiful.
Although this experience only lasted in the physical realm for a couple of seconds, my perception of time completely vanished.
The sense of extreme peace and tranquillity has stayed with me all day and I still feel it as I write this account in my diary.
I'm also feeling a heightened sense of awareness of the reach of my energy body. I can feel the vibrations of my electromagnetic field extending far beyond my physical body and my interdimensional awareness is becoming even more pronounced.
This is all most welcome as far as I'm concerned!!
